Market Update

December surprised many, finishing stronger than expected with 77 homes sold, up 42% year over year. Total sales for 2025 reached 1,213 homes, down about 5%, showing a thoughtful — not stalled — market. Inventory jumped, giving buyers more choice, while average prices dipped 13% to $383,206, signaling a healthy rebalancing. Homes are selling, buyers are paying attention, and smart pricing and strategy matter more than ever.
